Call for abstracts

Scientists and dealers are invited to submit papers focused on the main topics of the conference; abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the International Committee and presented as posters.

Abstract presentation
Accepted contributed papers will be published in the form of abstracts in the Abstract Book that will be given to attendees in the Conference. Only contributions from registered participants will be published; in case of more than one author, at least one must be registered for the conference.
The abstract (please follow the guidelines)must be prepared and sent to the Organizing Secretariat by July 15, 2009. Instructions for poster exhibition (poster must be written in English) will be included in the notification of acceptance.

Condition of acceptance

• All abstracts must be written in English (translation into Italian will be provided in the Abstract Book). The content and the literary standard of the submitted abstracts is the sole responsibility of the authors.
• The decision of the International Committee on the content and acceptance of the abstracts will be final.
• Notification of acceptance will be sent by July 24, 2009 and authors must register by July 31, 2009.

Guidelines for abstract preparation

• Typing rules must be strictly followed. Please send the final version; corrections will not be accepted
• Please indicate the cover of the e-mail the name, affiliation and address of the presenting author and main topic of the paper
• Papers must be written in A4 page format; use font Arial and 10 point font size. The text must not exceed 350 words (about 2.300 characters including spaces)
• Title (max two lines) -> bold face; capitalised; justified alignment (skip a line)
• Authors -> begin each author with the surname and then name initial(s) in capital letters. Separate multiple authors with a comma (example: Brown S.A., Green T.); if the authors have different affiliations give numeric superindices after the author surname; justified alignment
• Affiliation -> Institution, Agency, University, City, Country; e-mail address of the main author is recommended; light italic; justified alignment (skip a line)
• Text -> justified alignment; single paragraph, no identations (skip a line)
• Key-words -> max three; light italic; left alignment

Submission of the abstract
Only e-mail submission will be accepted, do not use fax; please send papers as Word files in attachment. Contributed papers must be sent to the organizing Secretariat New Team, e-mail address info@newteam.it
by July 15, 2009.
